INTRODUCTION
Gina: In each lesson of this 25 part series, you'll master a common question for Turkish learners, and then learn how to answer it like a native. You'll learn how these key phrases work by breaking them down into each component. Then through repetition and new vocabulary, you'll expand your understanding of the question, its answers, and any variations.

Merhaba Cristina,

Your sentences are correct. A note for you: sometime you will see people writing "abi" instead of "ağabey" which is not proper but that's a short cut for texting. :)))

Merhaba Hiba,

Most of it is correct. The only correction is for "big brother" we say, "ağabey" and we sometimes shorten it as "abi"

Merhaba, I have a question - "abla" is "sister" and "ablam" is "my sister," right? You could say "Bir ablan var" to your friend if you want to say "You have a sister"?
