Eric: Here's the formal way to ask 'Can you bring the bill, please?' in Turkish.

Eric: First is a word meaning 'The check' or ‘bill’
Icten: [Normal] Hesabı [Slow] Hesabı
Eric: Next is the word meaning 'he/she/it can get'
Icten: [Normal] alabilir [Slow] alabilir
Eric: Last is the word meaning 'am I'
Icten: [Normal] miyim [Slow] miyim
Eric: Listen again to the formal question meaning 'Can you bring the bill, please?'

Eric: Now, imagine you're speaking to a stranger. Here's the formal way to ask, 'Where can I pay the bill?'

It is neither a typo nor "not a typo" Proper way of writing it is "affedersiniz" but most native speakers are not even sure of it and they write "afedersiniz". So it is a common "typo" among natives. :)

Your other sentece is correct! 😄
