"Adınız nedir" is formal way of asking a person his/her name and "adın ne" is the informal way. But you can soften the formal way by saying "adınız ne".

Adeniz Nedir is one phrase. Adin Ne is another. Can we say Adeniz Ne? Or Adin Nedir? Or would that be wrong?

In Turkish, you in plural can be both "plural" or "singular but very formal". In this case "adın" is singular "your name", "adınız" is either plural or singular/formal "your name".
