Today, I will give you three easy Turkish recipes.
So, if you're hungry and don't know what to cook for yourselves,
get ready, get your pen and pencil and take notes.
First recipe is İzmir Köftesi.
Here you will see the ingredient lists. Let's check them out.
Köftesi İçin:
500 gram köftelik kıyma
1 adet rendelenmiş soğan
1 adet yumurta
3-4 yemek kaşığı galeta unu
6-7 dal maydanoz (ince doğranmış)
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı toz kırmızı biber
1 silme çay kaşığı kimyon
1/2 çay kaşığı karabiber
Sebzeler İçin:
4-5yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
3-4 adet patates
2 adet kapya biber
3-4 adet sivri biber
3 diş sarımsak
Sosu İçin:
2 yemek domates salçası
1,5 su bardağı su
1 adet rendelenmiş sarımsak
1 tutam tuz
1 tutam karabiber

ingredients are ready, let's get started. So, first of all,
take the minced meat, onion, garlic, the other spices,

in English. Anyway, it's egg with tomato and peppers
and our ingredient list is like this.
